HDMI-Probleme bei OZMOSIS 1479 und GA-Z87MX-D3H

    Wenn ich HDMI-Kabel anschließen und TV beim OS X laufen einschalten, habe ich sofort KP.
    Ich habe um System mit Fernseher eingeschaltet und am HDMI-Eingang zu starten.
    Nach wenn ich des tv Umdrehung oder Eingabe ändern ich habe Maus Lag und ich System neu starten muss.
    Wäre es DSDT bezogenes Problem?

    If I plug HDMI cable and turn on TV while OS X running i got instant KP.
    I have to start system with TV turned on and input set on HDMI.
    After, if I turn of tv or change input I have mouse lag and I have to restart system.
    It might be DSDT related problem?

    Scheint in der Tat ein DSDT Problem zu sein. Offenbar müssen hier noch die Patches für die HD4600 hinzugefügt werden und ggf. noch der Framebuffer editiert werden....


    Seems to be a DSDT related problem. Most of the know dsdt patches für intelHD4600 require also a patch to appleintelframebuffer kexts in order to work correctly.

    Ich habe bei mir OSX 10.10.1 mit dem Ozmosis 1479 F7 aus dem Forum (mit deaktiviertem VoodooHDA) laufen, und sonst nichts am System verändert. Bildausgabe über HDMI läuft perfekt. Sound natürlich nicht, weil ich die Kext bisher nicht gepatcht habe.
    Die oben beschriebenen Probleme hatte ich mit OSX 10.8 oder 10.9, aber auch nicht in jeder Version. Also wäre ich für ein OSX update.


    I've got OSX 10.10.1 running here using Ozmosis 1479 F7 from this forum. I deactivated VoodooHDA, because I use AppleHDA for ALC 892. I did NO modifications to the system at all. It's all vanilla. My HDMI works perfectly well, except for the sound via HDMI, because for this you've got to patch a Kext.
    The problems you describe (lagging mouse, etc.) I had had, too, when using OSX 10.8 or 10.9 (can't remember which one it was). But it didn't happen with every version. So I encourage you to install 10.10.

    I have latest OZ F7 uploaded by Thomaso a few days ago. I'm running OS X Yosemite 10.10.1.
    VoodooHDA deactivated from defaults.plist. I don't want HDMI sound over TV, just to avoid KP. May be a DSDT issue related to framebuffer.
    Bios settings also set to "Other OS > UEFI Only, iGPU Memory: 68 / 128 / 1024, tried all variants, still not working. If i can't solve problem, I have to buy a new dedicated GPU.

    Vielleicht hat jemue recht. Warum nicht mit der letzten Version noch mal von vorne anfangen? Clean install mit passender AppleHDA und los geht es?

    Perhaps jemue is right. I guess using the latest revision of OS-X alongside with a working version of ApplHDA for Mainboard Sound may be the key to solve your problems. Why not give it a try and start from a scratch?

    Sorry, Ich habe VoodooHDA nicht deaktiviert, ich habe es vollständig aus dem BIOS gelöscht. Und ich denke, dass du gar nichts am BIOs einstellen musst. Bei mir hat's immer mit den Default Settings funktioniert. Aktuell habe ich nur diese "Windows 8 WHQL" Einstellung aktiviert, damit ich einen hübschen hochauflösenden Boot Bildschirm habe. Aber das ist schon alles.


    Ah sorry, I haven't deactivated VoodooHDA, I completely removed it from BIOS. Additionally I think you don't need to change anything in BIOS. For me it always worked using the default settings. Currently I'm using the "Windows 8 WHQL" Setting, for having a nice high resolution boot screen, but that's all I've changed.

    I inspected latest flashed bios 5 days ago from OZ Database, and I saw it has no VoodooHDA. My spec also use after install only ALC892 AppleHDA, and Intel LAN.
    I'll play with BIOS settings again to see what I can do.
    EDIT: Problem partially solved. I set memory to 64MB, BIOS to Other OS UEFI only, and PCIe to Auto (it was Gen3, i think that was the reason I got KP).
    Remains one minor problem: After I switch input from TV to (HDMI > TV) I get on PC monitor mouse stuttering.
    SMBIOS i use it's iMac 15,1. I tried also with iMac 14,2 same problem.

    EDIT2: It's mainly a Yosemite framebuffer issue because if I switch Display mirroring off after i switch TV input, mouse lag it's gone, till i switch again.

    I use MacPro3,1 and never tried mirroring, I always use extended screen.
