Hallo Forum,
ich nutze meinen ersten Thread mal für eine Dokumentation meiner erfolgreichen Lion Installation auf der alten Hardware, auf der bislang 10.5.1 stabil ung gut lief. Da ich keine Lust auf Spates hatte und die Kiste ohnehin nur für Musikproduktion/DJ/Remixe genutzt wurde. Jetzt will ich die Hardware für Finalcut X einsetzen und habe mich deshalb für Lion entschieden. Ich wollte das eigentlich auch bei tonymacs posten, deshalb in Englisch.
Folgt diesem Tutorial bis zum Punkt "16. Upon completion, restart system"

- Restart from USB again, choose Lion
- Run Multibeast with DSDT.aml on your Desktop and System Utilities Repair Permissions
- Restart and unplugg Boot USB
- Select "Lion" as Start up in Bios
- New Lion should starting
- Unzip Realtake LAN to Desktop and run the pkg, Choose "Release" Version to install
- Restart and say Hello to both LAN Ports
- Unzip HDEF Gigabyte.app and run, it will ask for Java, allow and wait for a while, around 20 min.
- When Java is finished, HDEF Gigabyte.app will start automaticly
- Chosse ALC889A for the EP45-DS3 Board and apply
- Replace DSDT in Extra Folder with the patched, which is created Desktop
- Install appleHDA and LegacyHDA kext
- Delete HDAenabler
- Restart and listen to some Music
Ich hoffe, es hilft ein paar von Euch. Der Sleep/Ruhezustand geht nicht, aber ich brauche ihn auch nicht zwingend.
