OZMOSIS REQUEST THREAD / Ozmosis Anfragen [1. Beitrag beachten!]

I think I know what's your issue here...
WIth the flashing of the Ozmosis flavored BIOS the IGPU/IGFX is activated and set as "Initial Display Output".
In that case you have only two options:
1.
use ESC-key while starting the box until the complete screen turns red, than use the DEL-key to get into your BIOS.
2.
If that doesn't work, remove the GT 640 and connect your monitor to the onboard graphics outlet, then use the DEL-key to get into your BIOS.

If you've reached the BIOS, use the following settings:

Initial Display Output : IGFX or the Slot which should contain the GT 640, which should be "PCIe 1 Slot"

If you also want the internal Graphics (HD4600) to work, you should set:
Intel Processor Graphics : Enabled
Intel Processor Graphics Memory: 32M
DVMT Total Memory Size : MAX

I am not Ozmozis Expert, but what happens with a USB Installer at Boot?

ich soll nem Kumpel helfen seinen Hacki aufzusetzen und er hat nen B75N Board wo ich für Nvidia das passende Ozmosis in der neusten version brauche . Seine Graka ist ne GTX 980 EVGA

Wer kann das erstellen ?

Das ist 2 Jahre alt und nicht die aktuelle ozmosis version für sierra denke ich

was ist in dem bios für treiber drin ? sprich welche kedt muss ich nach inszallieren und welches smbios ist drin ?

Smbios sollte iMac 14 sein und an Kexts brauchst du normalerweise noch Ethernet, Lilu, Shiki, ALC und evtl USB...

Es gibt Ozmosis für das H77M-ITX vielleicht ist das Bios ähnlich und vereinfacht die Arbeit.

Dann sieh doch mal hier bitte... Ton, LAN und Sensoren sind auch noch als Treiber gleich mit drin. Für Ton brauchst du allerdings eine DSDT.aml, um eine Layout-ID zu injecten. Dafür habe ich dir auch noch eine angehangen, vielleicht testest du diese mal. Es ist nicht garantiert, dass diese auch funktioniert, aber du kannst es ja mal probieren.
Viel Spaß und Erfolg damit! Bitte gib mir doch noch eine Rückmeldung, wie das Ding zu funzt, dann kann ich es ggf. ins DL-Center aufnehmen, damit andere es auch noch laden können

Kurze frage... wenn ich ein laufendes Clover System hab kann ich nicht einfach zu Ozmosis wechseln oder? Ist eine komplette neuinstallation nötig?

Nix da! Geht beides auf einem Rechner! Man muss dann nur die richtige Partition für den Start im BIOS auswählen! Voraussetzung ist natürlich eine saubere Installation, also FakeSMC & Co gehören in die Clover-EFI-Ordner..

Nö eigentlich nicht nötig. Du hast dann halt trotzdem erstmal 2 bootloader, wovon du dann den einen (vermutlich clover) löschen musst. Ist halt viel Arbeit dann mit ozmosis erstmal wieder alles einzustellen und anzupassen, was man vorher mit clover alles schon gemacht hat. Trotzdem empfehle ich dir, sichere deine EFI partition so irgendwo. Ozmosis hat sehr wahrscheinlich keine Zukunft, weshalb ab 10.13 vielleicht alle auf clover setzen müssen, weil ozmosis dann nicht mehr funktioniert.
