OZMOSIS REQUEST THREAD / Ozmosis Anfragen [1. Beitrag beachten!]

Ja genau und ich hab nach dieser Beta gefragt, da ich ein Problem mit der Version F9 habe und mit der F10B nicht.

Meine Grafikkarte (Gainward GTX760) kommt nicht über den Post hinaus. Bleibt einfach stehen. Mit dem Beta Bios klappt es. Da kann kommt der Rechner über POST hinaus, kann dann aber natürlich kein macOS starten.

@jboeren ehrlich gesagt nicht. Ich habe mit einen weiteren Rechner mit Clover gespielt und bin irgendwie nicht überzeugt. Ich find das alles irgendwie mega überladen. Ich finde da Ozmosis doch recht entspannt. Aber wenn du weiter schnacken magst, dann lass uns das mal auf PM verschieben. Ich möchte den Thread nicht weiter zumüllen.

Probiere doch bitte mal diese hier. Habe dort das gesamte Ozmosis aus dem alten Bios eingefügt, die CoreDXE komprimiert und noch ein bisschen Platz gelassen, so kannst du später Immer noch mal was hinzufügen.

hab gerade ein Angebot gesehen mit
Intel i3 4330
H81M-S2H
4 GB DDR3
und bequiet CPU-Kühler für 95€.

Hab jetzt spekuliert dass Ozmosis drauf läuft und gekauft. Naja, trotzdem war das Angebot geschenkt. Nun muss ich mich in Clover einarbeiten :D. Aber das war so oder so irgendwann mal Zeit

I finally found out how to install Sierra on my MSI board successfully. I made a patched bios with ozmtool. Than I switched back to yours and it works, too. It crashes on the first boot, but boots after restart.
But the integrated sound and network drivers don't work. I fixed the network putting the kext to the EFI oz folder, but can't get the sound working.
If I put your DSDT.aml to the efi folder, it doesn't even start. I have to delete it and reset nvram to make it work again.

First of all congratulations! How do you patch your DSDT?

MSI H97M-G43, i7-4770, latest Ozmosis for Sierra + Sierra 10.12.5 Samsung SSD 850 pro 256GB

the dsdt file is on the efi partition

I was able to get sound working with voodohda, but I hear a loud buzz, like from a microphone.

Another strange thing is if I open yahoo.com and scroll down a little the pc freezes every time.

So the BIOS Works? Thats a good sign... For Sound you need the AppleALC and Lilu.kext, then it Should Work Just fine

Aber laut Anleitung Kapitel 2.1.2, kann es das "ASUS EZ Flash 2" Tool nutzen...
Das klingt nach der Gigabyte Lösung.

Kleiner Tipp:
Erspare dir das einrichten eines FAT32-USB-Sticks.
Kopiere das ROM auf die versteckte EFI-Partition, in einen Ordner namens "ROMs", und navigiere im "Asus EZ Flash Utility" auf die Partition...

Achso... stimmt ja...
Asus ist da sehr eigen...
Vielleicht geht es mit der Variante in Kapitel 2.1.4 "ASUS BIOS Updater" auf DOS-Basis...
