Using Ozmosis-installed system disk in native Mac

  • Hey guys,

Will my Oz system disk boot in an Apple Mac? Or, I need to delete the Ozmosis folder in Efi partition and the added kexts beforehand? If yes, could you give me instructions what folders/files need to be deleted exactly?

    Viele Grüsse :)

  • should work
i booted a old yosemite installation on a macbook pro

    Macbook Pro Retina 2015 + 16GB ram 1TBGB ssd AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB  OSX 14.x)

  • Since the ROM of an original Apple device shouldn't contain any Ozmosis parts, the Folder /EFI/Oz on the hidden EFI-Partition of your HDD/SSD can stay there..,
It will never be used on the startup of the original Apple device.
