Acer Swift 3

    Die Helligkeits-Geschichte kannst du entweder mit einer für dich gepatchten DSDT oder dem Clover DSDT-Fix "AddPNLF" organisieren.
    Dafür muss aber der Haken bei "NewWay" am Anfang der Sektion "NewWay" auch aktiviert sein.

    Welche Netzwerkkarte ist den verbaut?
    Wird die mit einem Kext betrieben?
    Bekommst du damit eine IP-Adresse deines Routers, der hoffentlich diese per DHCP verteilt, zugeordnet?
    Hast du den DSDT-Fix "FixLAN" im Clover aktiviert?
    Wenn das alles passt, solltest du eigentlich nur die Dateien
    NetworkInterfaces.plist
    und
    preferences.plist
    im Ordner /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration löschen und neu starten müssen.
    Damit sollte LAN als en0 festgelegt werden und das Problem verschwinden.

    Ich Probier nachher noch ist die Originale drin aber die geht ja mit OS X nicht.

    der Stick ist da hab alles gemacht was du gesagt hast wlan stick ist jetzt auf en0
    aber das Problem besteht immer noch....

    nullethernet.kext in S/L/E geschoben und da lag noch ein SSDT in Clover rein getan rechte repariert und reboot.


    wo kann man hier Autokorrektur ausschalten ?

    Die Autokorrektur kommt nicht vom Forum das macht OS-X ganz von alleine :D
    Wenn es nervt einfach auf Systemeinstellungen -> Tastatur -> Text und da die Rechtschreibprüfung abschalten und schon ist ruhe im Karton.

    Haswell, Notebook

    Wenn die aktuelle WLAN-Karte entsprechende m.2 NGFF Anbindung nutzt und das Acer keine BIOS Whitelist hat, sollte das gehen.


    Habe beim gleichen Anbieter bestellt... das Teil sollte bei mir am Samstag aufschlagen, damit ich sie in meine Skylake-Kiste verbauen kann...
    Drück mir die Daumen... ;)

    Ich drück dir auf jeden Fall die Daumen dann warte ich erst mal auf deine Test versuche.

    Hey everyone, I've got an Acer Swift 3:
    8GB RAM
    Intel Core i3-6100U CPU @ 2.30GHz
    and I installed the Broadcom BCM94352Z (or Dell DW1560) - which works fine in Windows 10.


    When I boot into Mac Os Sierra however, I cannot get the wifi to work at all.
    When I go to add a network in the network settings I get an error (see the image I attached below, the error is the same just not "iCloud preferences" - instead being "network preferences")


    I have tried using various .kexts but with no luck such as:
    - RehabMan FakeSMC
    - RehabMan BrcmPatchRAM
    - RehabMan BrcmPatchRAM2


    I followed this tutorial (Masked Link to Tomato-Guy deleted!!! - plz read and follow our rules - thx, al6042) for the Acer Swift 3 and nothing works to get the internet working :(
    Any help much appreciated!


    P.s: I shall try the "nullethernet.kext" as I don't recall installing a .kext with this name! :)

    Does it work now? And do you had to change something in BIOS to enable the Network Card?


    Problem is I couldnt enter the core settings in BIOS because they are disabled by the manufacturer and now I'm not sure if i should try the Broadcom-Card.
    Right now i got a Wifi Dongle but it doenst work on WPA2 Enterprise Networks....
