Versuchst du 10.12.5 zu installieren?
Dann kann es daran liegen, der SMCHelper, bzw. der FakeSMC im ROM zu alt ist.Da hilft es vielleicht, den folgenden Kext unter /EFI/Oz/Darwin/Extensions/Common auf der versteckten EFI-Partition zu platzieren:

Ich wüsste jetzt nicht, was ihm fehlt. Ich kann aber gerne (falls es doch ums hochfahren geht) mal noch das Theme herausnehmen und dafür vielleicht noch ein paar andere Sachen einfügen. Allerdings ist es eigentlich so, dass ich ROMs erst hochlade, sobald sie getestet wurden. Deshalb würde ich spontan sagen, dass diese Version eigentlich funktionieren sollte

Wir wissen aber auch, dass einige Systeme unter 10.12.5 Schwierigkeiten mit älteren FakeSMCs haben können.
Dein ROM ist vom April, während im Mai 10.12.5 raus kam...

It seems to be the same problem with the Sierra based Ozmosis ROMs created prior to the release date of macOS Sierra 10.12.5...
Try to boot with a linux USB stick and put the following FakeSMC.kext into the hidden EFI-Partition of your HDD or SSD.
FakeSMC.kext
This file must be placed into the folder /EFI/Oz/Darwin/Extensions/Common. -
Why dont you Just start your Computer again afterwards? During the Installation process, ist makes multiple restarts!

@Fredde2209 gave you a new Ozmosis-ROM already... Didn't you try that one? -
Then try the solution I mentioned before, with the FakeSMC in /EFI/Oz/Darwin/Extensions/Common.
