Hey guys. First of all sorry for my english and thanks for the great work so far. Sadly I'm not able to install the EFI from port # 5 and the config.plist from # 7.

I have the Xiaomi 12.5 "w m3-7Y30 & 4gb RAM & 256Gb ssd. As you can see it is running in a CPU error and kernel panic. Any advice would be welcome (-:

Du brauchst die Dateien, wie ich es verstanden habe nicht mehr einzeln suchen. Diese sind im ersten Beitrag Xiaomi Air 12,5" | M3-7Y30 | 4GB RAM | HD 615 | SSD 128GB von @nabster zusammengefasst. Da es bei ihm läuft, kann er Dir bestimmt auch weiterhelfen.

Thanks for the EFI. Sadly I was not able to use any of the files. Seems I got lucky and pasted a part of nabsters EFI and was able to install the system. Maybe the 256GB has different build?

Anyway:
- System boots (see EFI attached)
- GFX flickering on login background and sites (see screen)
- F2 - F3 - F3 works, but sound card is not working
- Bluetooth device being recognised on USB (normal?)

Not working:
- No sound
- No trackpad
- No F4 - F5 backlight

Loaded the following Voodoo, but it seems it does not make it my trackpad work:

@influenist you can use the EFI Confi. from here: https://github.com/Ivan1500/Xiaomi-Air-MacOS. With clover config mount your efi partition, delete CLOVER folder and paste the downloaded folder. And for the brightness you need to install Karabiner to remap your keys.

Can confirm the EFI from @ivanmkd works like a charm. All issues above have been resolved, also trackpad seems to work except for multitouch. It recognises two finger though while dragging items. Any clue how to get multitouch working?

Again sorry for using English, als Holländer muss ich es besser wissen. Anyways, some update on the build:

1) DSDT fix for Brightness.
Please check the DSDT attached as it fixes the brightness (F4 for lower F5 for higher) keys from boot. No need to use remapping tool anymore. Also I'm trying to debug the F6 key to show desktop (like: left ctrl + arrow up) and F8 (like: left ctrl + arrow down) for dock.

2) Sleep mode
Laptop yet does not go properly into sleep mode. Screen turns of nicely hence over a day it is out of juice. This might be due to my EDIMAX usb key, I'll need to test this out.

3) Touchpad
Multi touch scrolling does not work yet. I loaded Rehabman voodoo Deamon and plist files to improve the mouse behaviour (https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Voodoo-PS2-Controller). Not sure though if it correspondents with the .kext files / versions from @ivanmkd

4) Possibilities of onboard WIFI
So far everything works quite good with an Nano WIFI. Im using the one from Edimax EW-7822ULC, which has some auto WPS configuration effects which are not ideal. As I miss out on bluetooth e.g. I was wondering the options.

Option 1) Using M2 PCIe slot
Has anyone ever tried to fit an M2 PCIe wifi / BT card into this slot?

Option 2) Using missing port
Beyond the above matters I noticed there is a 4G / LTE version of the Notebook 12.5 https://www.notebookcheck.net/…-LTE-module.188942.0.html. Which comes with an onboard port (miniPCI? / NGFF?) https://www.notebookcheck.net/…3/2016122315024845560.JPG. Our comes without the port. Yet has anyone ever tried to solder a slot onto the board? Attached I added some pictures of the port, it looks like the lanes are there.

ich habe mein Xiaomi Air 12.5 M3-7Y30 soweit zum Laufen bekommen. Soweit funktioniert auch alles nur leider bekomme ich das Touchpad nicht zum laufen. Irgendetwas mache ich falsch. kann mir vl. jemand von euch helfen? Anbei habe ich mal meine DSDT.aml und meine config.plist angehängt. Danke im Vorraus.

Wenn Du die gleiche Hardware wie der Thread Ersteller hast, sollte auch die config.plist samt DSDT aus dem ersten Beitrag laufen.

danke für deine Antwort. Ja die Hardware ist ident, dennoch kann ich mit dem Clover Folder aus dem Post nicht booten. Ich habe hier mal meinen Clover Folder angehängt mit welchem ich das System installiert habe und auch booten kann. Ich bin leider ein absoluter neuling was Hackintosh Systeme betifft.

hab den EFI Folder durch deinen ersetzt. Konnte auch erfolgreich booten, aber das Touchpad macht immer noch keinen Mucks.

Die DSDT nach EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched und in der config.plist unter ACPI eintragen.

funktionieren bei dir die F4 und F5 Taste für die Display Helligkeit? Oder muss ich hier ein Tool dafür nutzen?
