If you installed OSX High Sierra with the stick, you have to copy the EFI folder to your hard drive afterwards. Otherwise it wont work.
i've have done the installation but after the restart, how can i boot using the necessary file with usb stick for add the EFI folder in the SSD (EFI partition)?
You Mount the EFI Partition if the stick. You mount the efi partition of the SSD/HDD. You copy the EFI Folder of the stick onto the HDD/SSD. If theres no EFI folder on your HDD/SSD you use clover and install clover onto the SSD/HDD and then you got an efi folder 
do I have to disassemble ssd from pc insert it "into a sata-usb caddy" and copy them from a macbook pro or is there a chance to boot from stick-ssd directly from the pc where i'm installing clover and high sierra?

Yes - how you like. You also could boot into OSX using the Stick and then mount via clover configurator. But i do the "sata-usb-caddy" thing @ a macbook

how do I boot from the usb?? Should I put something or go somewhere to boot from stick in the clover menu?
I did it!! osx starts !!
just that every time on clover menu:
1)I have to flag ( -v set on clover configuration) if i don't set the VERBOSE i got a prohibition screen after the apple white logo. ( SOLVED)
2) on options and add the use nvidia web driver. How can i auto add the nvidia web driver flag? (SOLVED)
3)NO AUDIO-- no device found ( your config.plist is set to id 11 using appleHDA)

.what else did the Realtek ALC1220 and the WI-FI manage to do?
I dont use Wifi and audio doesnt work for me either, but if you try:
- Applehda.kext
- Lilu,kext
If your chip is Alc1220 try to "inject" 11 (or 1 / 5 / 7 ) and you need a working dsdt. But atm there is none. And check the ALC thread... 
I use my yamaha audio interface, works out of the box.

I was able to run realtek audio ALC1220
I try to search a kext for the Qualcomm Atheros Killer wireless AC 1535 kext
There is currently no support for the Killer AC 1535...
I guess you have to switch the card with a compatible one from the following link:

Asus hat sich in der letzten Zeit echt gut etabliert in der Hackintosh Szene.
wie sieht es mit MSI x299er boards aus?
Kann ich nicht sagen. Mein ASUS PRIME X299-DELUXE mit 2x VEGA64 läuft spitze. Traumhaft stabil, Sleep funktioniert, auch die Thunderbolt EX3 inkl. Thunderbolt HotPlug!
hat sich seit Oktober 2017 etwas an den benötigten zusatzdateien geändert?
Insbesondere wenn man die neuste Clover r4501 benutzt?
Bin kompletter neuling auf dem Gebiet.
Beispielsweise ist da jetzt die "OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi" dabei, ersetzt die dann OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi und ..Fix1?
Beim X299 nur "AptioMemoryFix.efi".
ist der ablauf richtig?
- ich erstelle am macbook auf einem 16gb USB ein High sierra bootmedium per terminal
- dann installiere ich Clover drauf
- dann kopiere ich die clover dateien drüber? Hilfe bei Install: X299 | i7-7820X | GTX1080 -> Sierra 10.12.
- gilt das auch wenn ich eine nvidia 1050 statt 1080 habe? und ein msi mainboard, oder brauch ich da dann andere kext files?
- kann ich die aktuelle clover r4501 benutzen oder funktioniert das mit dem ordner von oben nicht? sollte ich besser die alte clover von damals nehmen? wo sind die vor und nachteile?
für mich ist das alles noch neuland und ein bisschen undurchsichtig.

ich habe nach der Anleitung von kgp versucht den Clover Bootstick zu erstellen
allerdings bleibt er hier stehen ...
diese Dateien habe ich auf den Bootstick
High Sierra 10.13.6 ist auf dem Bootstick
ich benötige nur Hilfe beim Bootstick den rest bekomme ich hin allerdings hänge ich hier schon 4 Tage dran und das von morgens 7 bis 24 Uhr und bekomme es nicht ans laufen bios Einstellungen habe ich von kgp..mehrfach überprüft und eingestellt Bios Version 1602 ist die Aktuellste
