okay .. so your CPU (i5 5600u) has the same IGPU as mine (HD 5500). Maybe your IGPU needs another IG Plattform ID.
All IG Plattform ID's you will find here:

down under "Intel HD Graphics 5300-6300 (Broadwell processors)"
Now you have to try all of these ID (only mobile). Copy these ID's and paste them in your config.plist. Be sure you use the hexadecimal form. For Example for "0x16260000" you have to use "06002616"Save and restart.

I can change it to any id, but in hw i can see always same info - nothing changes. I have tested fake id too (12345678) but nothing...is still visible hd5500, Device id 0x1626, revision is 0x0009.

No, normally you don't need to install MacOS again when you change property's. You have already hardware acceleration? How much MB ram show your graphic card?
Basti Wolf vielleicht mal den Titel ändern, dass hier was gepatcht werden muss. 🤷♂️
Ich hab davon leider auch nicht so die Ahnung, und müsste mich auch erstmal einlesen

Warum ist immer noch der boot-args -lilubetaall drin?
Ist das OpenCore 0.8.2 dann mags du wohl auch nicht das NvRamReset

Weiß grad nicht, ich hab diesbezüglich auch nicht groß geschaut. die property's waren copy and past, nicht mehr
aber ist mir gar nicht aufgefallen XDbin jetzt nicht mal sicher ob ich am ende die efi von bast wolf da verwendet hab, oder ne andere, weil die von bast wolf nicht ging. An dieser stelle möchte ich auch Basti Wolf mitteilen, das ich seine Telefonnummer bzw. ihn nicht bei WhatsApp geblockt habe, sondern gestern mein Profilbild etc alles auf privat gestellt hab.... + mein Telefon bleibt erstmal aus. schicke demnächst ZUMINDEST EINIGEN Personen dann auch wieder meine neue Nummer

Ist zwar jetzt kein Dell, aber auf meinem Lenovo FHD (nicht 1800p) arbeitet die HD5500 hiermit ohne Probleme intern, wie extern, auch beides zeitgleich:
Für QHD ist vielleicht ein anderer Framebuffer-Patch nötig, ggf. in den DeviceProperties erst einmal raus lassen.
Wichtig bei dieser Art CPU und Grafik ist aber wohl, dass CSM im Bios eingeschaltet sein muss. Ohne geht hier gar nichts.

Ich habe nun Deinen Post#1 gelesen. Dein Problem ist wohl, dass Du nicht die recovery der Monterey-Partition booten kannst zwecks Wiederherstellung, richtig?
Ein FullInstaller-Stick sollte aber booten im reinen VesaMode, von dem aus man die Wiederherstellung anschieben könnte.
Betreffs codesign wird es eventuell schwierig unter Monterey die nötigen Rechte in System/Library zu bekommen.
Ferner ist dadurch dann vermutlich der Snapshot gebrochen.
Bei den neuen Systemen ist es sicher besser mittels DeviceProperties Connector-/Framebuffer-Patch zur Laufzeit zu ändern.
