macOS Ventura Install Help

    Hello friends.

    working EFI file for the system found in my signature

    I couldn't find it anywhere.

    Monterey:

    In 1 of them, the screen stays black after the texts flow on the black screen.

    3-4 of them give a direct error, do not progress.

    1 of them goes to install but does not see my M.2 ssds (I am attaching this EFI file)

    I can install, but normally working ethernet and motherboard related kexts do not work.


    Ventura:

    None of the EFI files I tried went through the installation.



    Can you please help.

    your EFi is old in mandatory kext as AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement and SMCAMDProcessor


    also other things must be updated


    I have disabled some kext and update Opencore to 083 (useful for Ventura)


    if you like you can try it and see if you can do some steps more

    check if you have in your Bios 4G on and CSM off

    this a problem for some ethernet in Ventura OSX no more supported


    and why you put in CPU kernel patches 08 instead of 06?

    if you have a 3600x it has 6 cores or your signature is not updated and you have a 3800x?

    try to use my latest EFI and on it change only the config.plist I have posted alone (it is correct for your core numbers)

    It could also be possible that your MSI motherboard is the culprit

    Some users also with cpu of 3XXX series must downgrade their bios to have Ventura and Monterey working perfectly

    By the way

    Your GPU (RX6600) is supported only from Monterey 12.1 OSX or greater

    Some ethernet (integrated in some motherboard could loose support in OSX in latest Monterey or Ventura OSXs)

    if you want to know more about osx86/hackintosh, just read the dortania-guide. it explains what you need to create your own "efi"-folder, pros /cons about hard-software -specific, as far as i know, ventura is still no part of it, maybe because its beta-state.

    the last commented os was monterey.
