You're right. It is boot and oc. I've changed them with backuped one. Now Opencore works and I've a boot menu and can choose Windows and MacOS. Windows works but Mac has a boot failure.

Bios is fine (checked like in the past, everything same)

Kext and opencore are not udated, but if you didnt update OSX EFi should work well
Check if in your BIOS Above 4G option is enabled or not and post a phot o where the boot hangs

I've done. Problem ist always there.

Please check this three options in your motherboard bios:
CSM support set it to Disabled
Above 4g Decodig set it to Enable
Serial port configuration set to disable
then use this EFI
In Opencore boot menu press space and reset Nvram
then cross finger

this doesnt help to understand.always it is important to have more informations where the system hangs
Previous EFI i did is like the same EFI (updated) from your first success posted here to boot in OSX
So i can say problem could be of two types
1) you are booting from a different EFI and not the one we are tryng to set
there is also another option like different hardware added in the system or hardware failure (latest option is not. a real option but it could be also usefull to debug)
