Installation Monterey auf Asrock G450 / Radeon Pro W5500

    Moin Leute, ich quäle mich gerade meinem Asrock B450 + Radeon Pro W5500 herum. Es ist mir zumindest gelungen, dass System zu installieren. Bein MacOS Installation Walk-Through wird das System instabil und Crasht. Ich bin leider ein wenig überfordert. Könnte mir jemand helfen und ein Blick auf die EFI werden. Vielen lieben Dank, Chris.

  • iMac19,1 ist nicht das richtige SMBios für dein AMD System, MacPro7,1 schon eher.

    Unter DP PCIlist erst mal leer machen, die erkennt das System von ganz allein.

    Die SSDT-UIAC.aml auch raus, mache lieber einen USB.kext unter Windows und füge ihn unter OC mit ein.

    if you use macpro 7.1 and you are installing monterey or greater you have to enable this kext

    AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext

    and also check the previous advice given about ACPI SSDT

    and also these are wrong

    unflag DevirtualiseMMIO booter quirk and both the ones on MMIO Whitelist

    your system does no need of them

    Installation went flawless through. Now, while Setup crash to reboot :( Anymore Ideas?

    meereskater these acpi patches are useful for what?


    then also in the kext section it seems there are too much USB stuff mapping related (i am not so confident in this, so wait for some users with more experience in this field)


    a photo of system crash or kp could help also others to help you better
