Thanks to apelfnico and other authors, I was able to install bigsur 10.5.2. I'm still using Mojave as I'm still migrating programs and I'm interested in keeping Windows 10 using and upgrading to W11.
I currently have the latest Bios 3501 in my system, I know the Thunderbolt adapter may have problems, but in my case it is more important to be able to upgrade to Windows 11.
My system in BigSur works fine except for sleep mode, when it occurs, the mouse and keyboard are separated and I can only activate it via the power button of the tower, the worst is not that, the main problem is that the system wakes up after a few minutes on without doing anything.
I made dumps from my DSDT, without modifications with SSDTTime (Windows) and also with OpenCore (Debug), I leave them attached for those interested.
