Ich habe noch mal eine Frage zur Kompatibilität:
Ich habe jetzt hier eine RX 6800 erfolgreich unter Monterey zum laufen bekommen.
Wird auch alles erkannt und auch die Benchmarks passen.
Ich wundere mich nur, dass die Lüfter der Karte so gar nicht laufen (unter Windows tun sie das ;-)).
Braucht es dafür noch irgendwie einen Patch, oder ist die Karte einfach so effizient, dass die Karte, das bißchen Benchmark und Last (vorwiegend Video schneiden) gut ohne Lüfter verpacken kann?

Kurzes Update:
Ich bin immer noch dabei, das Problem zu identifizieren.
Was ich gelesen habe, scheint c621 Chipsatz ein wenig picky mit ACPI zu sein.
Ich habe das BIOS schon mal mit dem UEFIPatcher behandelt, sodass zumindest CFGLock frei ist.
Allerdings lande ich auch mit den Standard kext (WEG, Liou, VSMC) beim gleichen Fehler.
Ich habe jetzt mal mit dem SSDTTime Tool die komplette DSDT als dump erstellt (siehe Anhang) und hoffe, dass ich da irgendwie etwas mit den anderen patches vergleichen kann.
Da ich momentan aber schon einen funktionierenden Hackintosh habe, werd ich weiter daran etwas machen, sobald ich wieder Zeit finde.

Mein letzter Post erschien mir im falschen Forum zu sein. Da ich keine Funktion zum verschieben, noch eine zum Löschen gefunden hatte, blieb mir nur ein duplizieren ;-).

Ich bin jetzt ein wenig weiter gekommen.
Ich habe nun auch wieder Bild (es lag am inject ATI Setting - was vorher nie ein Problem war).

Ich konnte durch einen geänderten ACPI Patch das Problem jetzt lösen.

Ich musste natürlich noch Clover updaten, damit die neuen Driver geladen werden. Sorry, ich hatte nicht erwähnt, dass meine funktionierende Variante eine älter Clover Version verwendet hat. Nun habe ich wieder ein Boot Problem :-/.
Ich teste jetzt noch eine (etwas) ältere Clover Version und werde das weitere ansonsten mal auf Morgen vertagen.
Kann es sein, dass ein paar der Patches mit einer neueren Clover Version nicht mehr laufen wollen?
Ich habe jetzt die letzte Version noch mal angehängt.
Sobald ich den Installer boote, wird der Screen schwarz und irgendwann kommt der obige Fehler wieder.
Es ist ziemlich seltsam :-/.

Ah cool. Er scheint jetzt leider keine APFS Systeme mehr im Bootmenü anzuzeigen. Ich gucke mal eben woran das liegen könnte :-).

Ich habe mal meine funktionierende Clover Konfiguration angehängt, die ich verwende um Mojave auf dem gleichen System zu starten.
Da das sehr stabil funtioniert, gehe ich davon aus, dass die BIOS Settings korrekt sind.
Ich habe jetzt 4 USB Ports durch und ich habe die neue Clover Config auch mal testweise von einer zweiten SSD versucht zu starten.
Ich laufe da leider immer in einen Fehler rein :-/.

Danke für den Hinweis. Ich habe mittlerweile angefangen ein neues Setup basierend auf Install-Stick für diverse System-Varianten (High Sierra 10.13.6, Mojave 10.14.6 und Catalina 10.15) zu bauen.
Ich habe allerdings ein paar andere Fehler bekommen - siehe Screens.
Das angepasste EFI Verzeichnis hängt an.

Hallo zusammen,
ich bin gerade dabei meinen Hackintosh auf Catalina zu bringen.
Ich habe meinen bisherigen Clover Bootload aktualisiert und auch die Driver, Kexte durch die aktuelleren Versionen ersetzt.
Zudem habe ich mir einen Patch meiner ACPI Table erstellt (wie das ja in einigen Guides empfohlen wird).
Allerdings kommt nach der Auswahl des Catalina Installers einfach nur ein schwarzer Bildschirm.
Sowohl wenn ich meinen Monitor per HDMI,als auch per DP angeschlossen habe.
Ich habe den aktuellen Stand meines EFI Folders angehängt. Ich weiß gerade nicht mehr weiter, weil ich auch keinen Fehler oder keine Log Meldung bekommen kann.

Ich war mittlerweile in der Lage auf Basis von CLOVER-HSW ein funktionierendes System zu booten 🎉
Die EFI Sammlung ist echt Gold werd.
Ich musste dann nur noch ein paar ACPI Settings anpassen und war fertig.
Die Vega56 habe ich dank VGTab auch korrekt in Betrieb bekommen.
Ich habe aktuell nur noch das Problem, dass der native HEVC Support der Vega noch nicht so möchte. Aber das schaffe ich auch noch.

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe in meinem Hackintosh die CPU ausgetauscht (von einem E5-2683 v3 auf jetzt E5-1650 v3).
Hierzu habe ich auch das BIOS aktualisiert.
Danach war MacOS unbrauchbar langsam.
Ich habe mich dann dazu entschlossen, dass System neu aufzusetzen.
Allerdings bekomme ich jetzt nicht mal mehr das Mojave Setup Programm gestartet.
