I can see Vega cards are supported by the RadeonMonitor.kext already

I just added Navi support for my specific device (0x731f).

If other Navi devices are missing, will add them upon request.

Currently installing 10.15.2 ... hope it fixes the wake from sleep problem with Navi

I've modified RadeonMonitor FakeSMC plugin to be able to read the RX 5700 XT GPU core temps because I wasn't able to find a viable solution with VirtualSmc ...

Find the modified kext attached (Modified RadeonMonitor.kext with the corresponding FakeSMC.kext)
