finally succeeded installing macos 10.13.4, i've replaced original 1tb hd with a 240gb ssd, osx experience is really smooth,

BIOS: disable nvidia graphics and virtual support
1. create unibeast 8.1 boot usb in usb 2.0 slot
2. install mac os high sierra
3. efi mount this EFI: EFI lenovo z710.zip - https://drive.google.com/file/…Uo086LuJ/view?usp=sharing
4. kext install IO80211Family.kext in EFI/CLOVER/doc/AR9485
5. create custom keyboard with ukelele.
works: WiFi, Hd4600 graphics w/brightness control, audio (speakers, hdmi), trackpad, dvd, usb, sd card reader, hdmi, ethernet, keyboard.
not working: AR3012 (0CF3:3004) bluetooth, battery indicator, power button, sleep, Fn keys, only vol. control.
