The Pre-Boot Environment will not load to install the update.

The Bios I am currently using have been attached to this post. kuckkuck Could this be caused by incorrectly configured bios settings?

kuckkuck Thanks! It works like a charm I am just have issues installing the 1.14.1 update(Should I just install using a 1.14.1 image?) and the Ozmosis theme doesn't seem to load I just get a black screen and I have to load into the OS from the bootmenu, I also tried inserting a theme into the EFI folder and that didn't work.

I am happy with what I have but if you have any suggestions to if this let me know.

I am having issues with Ozmosis 167X-XMAX on my GA-H77N-WIFI running i5 3570k with only the IGP I can get Mojave installed but it fails to boot into the OS after install. I don't know I may just be doing something wrong my High Sierra installion still boots though. I would really appreciate the help if you have the time.
