    Kurzes Update .. es geht!

    Nochmal vielen Dank für eure schnelle Hilfe! Der Tipp mit der UEFI Clover Installation war gold wert...

    Jetzt kann ich mein MacOS über das BootMenu der Platte wunderbar booten...


    Muss jetzt nur noch das Clover Bootmenu aufrämen ... da steht jede Menge Schrott drinnen, den ich nicht brauche.

    .. kann ich leider (frühestens) heute Abend ausprobieren ... aber ich sage auch jeden Fall Bescheid!


    Edit .. so. Clover ist jetzt definitiv installiert und der EFI Oder ist auch kopiert. Leider taucht die Platte immer noch nicht im Bios Bootmanager auf. Da sehe ich nur Windows und den USB Stick ...

    :(

    Was könnte ich denn noch schauen ??

    Edit2: so sieht meine Platte aus:

    /dev/disk3 (external, physical):

    4: APFS Volume VM 1.1 GB disk4s4
    5: APFS Volume MacOS 10.7 GB disk4s5


    So habe ich es auch gemacht:

    1.5 Clover auf die Festplatte; EFI-Ordner kopieren

    Also ich habe das hier gemacht:

    1. Open Clover Configurator
    2. Mount the EFI of the USB Flash Drive
    3. Press Open EFI or navigate to the EFI location of the flash drive in Finder
    4. Copy the EFI Folder onto your desktop
    5. Open Finder and Eject All the Flash Drive
    6. Using Clover Configurator Mount the EFI of the drive disk you just installed Mac OS on
    7. Press Open EFI or navigate to the EFI location of the drive in Finder
    8. Delete the mostly empty EFI Folder located on the mounted drive
    9. Paste or Move the EFI from your Desktop to the EFI partition of the drive /Volumes/EFI/ the existing EFI on the disk


    Ich hoffe mal, das war so alles richtig ?


    Ich befürchte ich habe meine Fehler gefunden !! Ich habe vergessen Clover zu installieren ... :oops:

    Melde mich heute Abend nochmal .....

  • Sehe meine MacOS Platte nicht im BIOS Bootmenu

    Hallo!

    Habe erfolgreich Catalina auf meinen PC installiert. Ich kann das System auch von einem (Clover) USB Stick booten. Aber ich bekomme es einfach nicht hin, dass meine MacOS Platte im Bios Bootmenü auftaucht :(

    Die Platte ist mit APFS formatiert und es gibt dort 4 Partitionen, einen davon einen "EFI" .. das sollte doch die Bootpartition sein, oder ?

    Könnte es evtl. sein, dass es an dem APFS Container liegt .. dass also das Bios die EFI Partition gar nicht sehen kann .. ??


    Ach ja ... Habe das MacOS auf eine externen USB Platte ("MacOS") installiert. Aktuelles Catalina und zum Booten nutze ich einen Clover USB Bootstick ...


    Bin für alle Tipps und Ratschläge dankbar!
