My problem was a kernel patch for AMD system i disabled
Enabling it solved my Wi-Fi problem
Now it works also in tahoe

kexts are the same and no maxkernel also here!
maybe some quirks or my AMD system is not ready for this

also here system does not hang using bootarg as suggested but WIFI is not seen in my pc
I have above one which worked well till sequoia with OCLP and in Ventura without any additional kexts

Pay attention also here it hangs the pc, it also detect audio patch i do not need in my system
My only doubt is that KDK is not the same for beta i use

EFI proposed come from a well known site (where I have a role there i mean)
But it was modified in a not good way (sorry Rossi_31 )
It used kexts and blocks for OCLP usage and it is not advisable to use it to install on other system
Also ACPI section misses of important ACPI patches useful for Gigabyte
In ACPI/SSDT there are a confusion because SSDT basic has insite also CPU properties
MMIO areas could be also a problem if the system is not pretty identical and bios settings set to same way
Now, it is possible to do some step forward also using that EFI (modifying about stuff)
I would suggest instead to use opencore Debug for generating your proper SysReport
then SSDTime to generate proper SSDT for your System
to start in a more proper way

this is an USB audio and it is seen in OSX without any kext:
in some condition could be mandatory to map well USB port to see it:

this is a well known problem...Filevault you should have to disable it at your first login in Tahoe or during installation steps if it asked you to do
now.. i hope some your deutch colleague could help in the procedure to recover this problem (you have to put a driver and disable filevault from your privacy and secure option
