if you decide to use OCAT app you have to read carefully AMD CPU configuration guide
B550 EFI is based on a 12 cores cpu.
You have to do a minimal change in kernel patches section
As said above MSI board could be problematic with latest bios , new 5xxx CPU and Monterey..some success with latest X570 board..often is not possible to proceed fine!

Yes and to build a basic and a generic EFi you can use OCAt
In database you can produce a Basic EFI
you must only change first 3 kernel patches and adapt them to your CPU core count

On OCAT Database you have an EFI for your platform/chipset
You have only to change first 3 kernel patches because they are set for a 12 cores Cpus
If you like try this (backup first yours)

With this app you can easily recreate a basic EFI for your system
To be improved later for your needs

I meant that a 6900xt on my hack is not similar to that score but is better and in the same OS
I agree to see metal benchmark could be a good step to understand Apple strategy also with their MacPro 2019 pc
