I've also encounter the after sleeping problem too on Sonoma.Looks like it's due to the OCLP system patch. I didn't find any solution, I reinstalled Monterey where everything work great without system patches 😊
And For THOSE SUFFERING FOR SOME APPS STORE APPS CRASHING AFTER DISABLING AMFI & SIP ON VENTURA AND SONOMA, try this boot args : ipc_control_port_options=0
Here is a full Working EFI for the Probook 650 g1. MAKE SURE TO ADD APPROPIATED KEXT FOR WIFI AND BLUETOOTH.. IF YOU’RE USING AN INTEL CARD, I SUGGEST YOU TO USE AirportIntel.kext from GitHub (https://github.com/OpenIntelWireless/itlwm/releases )for your OSX version. MAKE SURE TO MODIFY THE SMBIOS TOO.
Current SMBIOS is MacBookPro12,1 which is fully compatible with Monterey.
It works well on Ventura but you'll have to use the OClegacypatcher tool to fix the HD4600 with SIP disabled in Recovery and modify the smbios to a Ventura compatible one. By my side I'm not using Ventura cause some app stops working once I disabled the SIP.
Ps: I didn’t add wifi and Bluetooth kext cause the EFI file exceed the maximum size accepted.
