    That is correct...Since the "com.vmware.kext.vmmemctl" is not part of the original Apple OSX your installation source must come from an illegal image, which is not supported in this forum.Please utilize an original media from Apple, like the Snow Leopard Retail DVD and use that with the already linked guide from ralf.Until then this thread is closed.
