Well there are a couple of problems regarding APFS Boot entries and OZ and unfortunately the QUO AOS seems to be one of the problematic Boards...To make a long story short writable NVRAM is essential to make it work. On my Z77-DS3H (F10 revision of Firmware) it works I am able too add all needed boot entries through EFI Shell and they persist even across reboots.
