If you don't plan to perform any big tasks on Photoshop such as batch operations on plenty of Images you're good to go. For basic image manipulation Intels 630uhd iGPU offers more than enough power to handle all these tasks. The next thing is the wacom cintiq 22 which uses DVI-I to communicate with the PC I am unsure if this would work with macOS at all...
