I used CLOVER from https://github.com/FIU001/huawei-matebook-13-and manged to boot mac os x in my matebook 13 from a USB stick.

I cloned Mojave 10.4.4 from aniother laptop of mine qith Hackintosh. Replacing the whole CLOVER folder in the EFI folder, Mojave 10.4.4 boots+, from a USB disk in my Matebook 13, with QE/QI. There is still some work to do to get brightness control and other things, but Mojave 10.4.4 runs smoothly in Matebook 13.
