Idont know if your internal lan is supported from Monterey and greaterIn new OSX ethernet could be a serious problemI Suggest to download a full installer otherwise you need of a working connection

I usually prepare a working USB installer with with apple create installation methoddownload a full OS from APPLE then put It in application folder then from terminal:(Quelltext, 2 Zeilen) where this:(Quelltext, 2 Zeilen) is your USB penBut it could be possible your Ethernet could also work with other kexts or a bootarg

For Monterey and greater OS could be a problem with your MSI motherboardit could be affected to a problem many MSI users (and x570 and maybe B550) have to see disks to install newer OS than Big Sur

For Ethernet compatibility I would buy a gigabyte b550 board with a Realtek Ethernet (2,5 gb working with rltlucy kext)I would search in this forum, some users have that board like and it seems it works well in VenturaAsrock x570 could work but I have no recently test done and it has an intel i211at Ethernet that in my trx40 rig does not work
