Ich schliesse nicht aus, das dies ein Problem von MacOS Ventura ist. Selbst mit meinem Mac mini M2 macht er das mit Displays am TB3 Port. Am HDMI Port hatte ich nie Probleme. Prüfe oder wechsle doch mal das Displaykabel bzw. den Port. Vielleicht kommst du so weiter.
